About ZaraTrip
ZaraTrip is an online flight-booking service for travellers across East Africa and beyond. We built it to make booking a flight feel simple and honest: search hundreds of airlines in one place, see the real all-in price up front, and manage your trip yourself — without surprises.
What powers us
Our flights are searched and ticketed through Duffel, an IATA-accredited travel platform connected directly to airlines. That means the fares you see are real airline fares, your ticket is issued on the airline, and your booking is a proper airline booking with its own PNR — the same reference the airline uses.
Clear, all-in prices
The price you see is the price you pay. Taxes and our service margin are already included — there are no surprise fees bolted on at the last step. You can read exactly what our fee covers on our service fees page.
Our promise on support
Travel plans change, and things occasionally go wrong. When they do, we answer. You can reach a real person by email today (WhatsApp support is coming), and our help center covers the most common questions. When a refund is due, we tell you the honest timeline — some airline refunds take a few days, others take weeks — and we keep you updated.
A note on who we are
ZaraTrip is a trading name. We’re a small, independent team — not a faceless call centre — and we’re growing carefully. As the business is formally incorporated we’ll publish our registered company details here. In the meantime, everything you book is a real airline ticket issued through our IATA-accredited platform.
