Refund Policy

Last updated July 2026

Whether a booking can be refunded — and how much — depends on the fare rules of the airline you booked. We show the refund amount before you confirm any cancellation.

Cancelling

You can request a cancellation from your account. We’ll show you a quote (the refund amount and any airline penalty) before you confirm. Once confirmed, the cancellation is final.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Because we are the merchant of record, an airline refund first settles to us and we then push it back to your card — typically 5–10 business days after the airline releases it. Third-party payment fees are non-refundable.

Airline-initiated changes

If an airline changes or cancels your flight, we’ll notify you with your options. Depending on the airline you may be entitled to accept the new itinerary, rebook, or receive a refund.

Non-refundable fares

Many low fares are non-refundable. In those cases you may still be entitled to a refund of government taxes; we’ll show what’s available in your cancellation quote.
