E-tickets, explained

An e-ticket is your electronic proof that your seat is booked and paid for. There's no paper ticket to collect — everything is stored electronically with the airline and linked to your booking.

Your e-ticket email includes your flight details, the travellers' names, and your references. Keep it handy on your phone or print it if you prefer; you may be asked to show it at the airport.

You can also download your e-ticket any time from your ZaraTrip account, or by looking up your booking with your reference and email. If you ever need it re-sent, just ask us by email.
