What happens after I book?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we ticket your flight through our IATA-accredited platform and send a confirmation email. Shortly after, you'll receive your e-ticket with all the details you need to travel.
You'll get two references: a ZaraTrip booking reference (for managing your trip with us) and the airline's PNR, also called a booking reference (for checking in and managing your flight directly with the airline). These can look different from each other — both are normal.
If you don't see your confirmation within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Occasionally an airline takes a little longer to issue the ticket; if that happens, we keep working on it and email you the moment it's ready.
