Airline-initiated changes (schedule changes)
Sometimes an airline changes your flight — a new departure time, a different connection, or in rare cases a cancelled flight. This is called a schedule change, and it comes from the airline, not from us.
When we're told about a change to your booking, we email you at the address on file, so keep an eye on your inbox as your trip approaches. Depending on the change and the airline's policy, your options may include accepting the new time, moving to another flight, or requesting a refund.
If you've had a schedule change and aren't sure what to do, reply to our email or contact us with your booking reference and we'll walk you through your choices.
