How to contact us and support hours

For now, the best way to reach us is by email. Send us your ZaraTrip booking reference and the email on your booking, and describe what you need — this helps us find your trip and respond quickly.

We're working on WhatsApp support to make reaching us even easier, and we'll let you know when it's available. We don't offer phone support at this time.

We aim to reply as fast as we can, and we prioritise urgent, time-sensitive matters such as travel that's happening very soon. If your flight is imminent, please say so in your message.
