We collect only what we need to book and manage your flights — things like traveller names, contact details, and travel document information the airline requires — and we share those details with the airline and our booking platform to issue your ticket.

Your payment card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider, and we don't store your full card number. Your booking is saved to an account tied to your email so you can find it again.

If you have questions about your data, or want to know what we hold, email us. Be cautious with any message claiming to be from ZaraTrip that asks for a password or card details — when in doubt, contact us directly to confirm.
