What to do at the airport

Arrive with enough time (about 2 hours for regional flights, 3 for international), and have your e-ticket and your passport or ID ready. If you checked in online, you may still need the counter to drop bags.

Go to your airline's check-in or bag-drop area, then through security to your gate. Keep an eye on the departure boards for your gate number and any changes, and be at the gate before boarding closes.

Make sure the name on your travel document matches your ticket. If anything at the airport doesn't look right, speak to the airline's staff at the desk — they handle check-in, boarding, and day-of-travel issues.
