How refunds are paid back

When a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method you used at checkout. We can't redirect a refund to a different card or account.

After we process an approved refund, it usually reaches your card in roughly 5–10 business days, though some airline refunds take longer to clear — sometimes up to 6–8 weeks — because the airline releases the funds first.

The amount depends on your fare's rules and any airline fees, all of which we confirm with you before processing. If you don't see an expected refund after a reasonable time, email us and we'll trace it.
