Checking your booking with the airline

Once your flight is ticketed, you can confirm it directly with the airline as well as with us. Go to the airline's website, choose 'manage booking' or 'my trips', and enter the airline's PNR (booking reference) along with the lead traveller's last name.

There you can view your itinerary, check in when it opens (usually 24–48 hours before departure, depending on the airline), and sometimes add seats or bags.

Remember to use the airline's PNR here, not your ZaraTrip reference. If you can't find the airline's reference, it's in your confirmation and e-ticket, or ask us.
