Your two references: ZaraTrip ref vs airline PNR

Every booking comes with two references, and they do different jobs. Your ZaraTrip booking reference is what you use with us — to manage your trip, look up your booking, or contact support.

The airline's PNR (also called a booking reference or confirmation code) is what the airline uses. You'll need it to check in, manage your flight, or add extras directly on the airline's website.

These two references often look different from each other, and that's completely normal — they're not meant to match. Both appear in your confirmation and e-ticket, so keep them handy.
